Yes. Link your booking page from any site, or run it under your own domain. The AI receptionist sits on your own site and answers visitors there from your real fleet and rates, so somebody asking about a dump trailer at ten at night gets a straight answer instead of a form. We give you the snippet and walk you through it.
You connect a Stripe account during setup (takes a few minutes). Renters pay by card and the money settles directly to your bank. Haulbase never holds your funds. Cash and pay-at-pickup still work too.
Renters fill in their details and type their full legal name as an electronic signature before a booking is accepted. The completed document is stored on file and emailed to you. Like any contract template, have a lawyer review your terms.
