Canadian dollars
Your prices, your customers' payments and Haulbase's own plans are all in Canadian dollars.
Your province's tax
Tax is worked out from the province or territory you operate in. Yards in more than one province are supported, each at its own rate.
An agreement for your province
A rental agreement written for your province is built in, for 12 provinces and territories. A yard in Quebec brings its own.

Delivery is priced by the kilometre, a bin is weighed in tonnes and material is sold by the yard.

Keep taking cash and e-transfer. Mark the booking paid and there's no fee from Haulbase.
Your carrier's call forwarding
On Growth, a call you miss is forwarded to Haulbase, which texts the caller your booking page. The steps are there for Bell, Rogers, Fido, Telus, Koodo, Virgin Plus and Freedom Mobile.

Every plan starts with 30 days free, with everything on Growth. No card.
On Growth, a missed call texts the caller your booking page, so the call you couldn’t take can still book. See everything each plan includes.
Change plans any month. If you stop, your account and data are kept for 60 days, then deleted.
Going smaller never deletes your yards, products or bookings. Card processing is Stripe’s, billed to your own Stripe account at your own rate. Prices in Canadian dollars.

Pick a timeDo I need my own website?
No. Every account gets its own web address, yourname.haulbase.ca, with your logo, colours and equipment, and it goes live when you publish. Google can find it, and it looks right when you share the link.
I already have a website. Does Haulbase work with it?
Yes. Link your booking page from any site. A button on each machine is the usual way, and we give you the button and walk you through it. On Growth, Hank, Haulbase's chat assistant, sits on your own site and answers visitors from your real fleet and rates, even at ten at night.
How do payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account before your page goes live. Stripe asks for your business details and the bank account your money goes to. Customers pay by card and the money goes straight to your bank. Haulbase never holds it. Cash and paying at pickup still work too.
Are the signed agreements real contracts?
Customers fill in their details and type their full legal name as the signature before a booking is accepted. The signed copy is kept on file and emailed to you. Like any contract template, have a lawyer review your terms.
What does it cost?
Nothing for 30 days, and no card. You get everything on Growth to try. After that Solo is $47 a month and Growth is $147, and neither has a platform fee. Stripe's card fee is separate, the same as anywhere you take a card. On Growth, a missed call gets a text back with your booking page. Unlimited is $497 a month, for more than one yard. For the months you're closed, Off season keeps your account for $17 a month, with your page up but taking no bookings. Change plans any time.

How fast can I be live?
An afternoon. Paste your website and your page is built from it, with every guess marked for you to check. Your province's rental agreement is already loaded. Connect Stripe, publish and share your link.
