Text message terms

Messages about the order you placed: that it was received, when it's confirmed, delivery or pickup times, a reminder when equipment is due back, and one request for a review afterwards.

A few messages per rental. It isn't a mailing list, and you won't get offers or newsletters.

You gave your phone number on the business's booking page, on a form that says the business may text you about your order. That's the only way a number enters the system. We don't buy lists or import contacts.

Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly - their number is on the page you booked from.

Stopping texts doesn't cancel your booking. If you've stopped them and still have an active rental, the business will need to reach you another way, so tell them how.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. Haulbase and the business never charge you for a text.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number is used to contact you about your rental and is shared with the business you booked from. It isn't sold, and it isn't shared with anyone else for marketing.
