Ask your assistant to find a trailer, a machine or a load of mulch from a local yard. It checks the dates, works out the real price with delivery and tax, and gives you a link to book on the yard's own page.
In your own words. These work.
“Find a dump trailer to rent near Fergus, Ontario.”
“Is it free from this Saturday to Monday?”
“What will that cost with tax?”
“How much to have 5 yards of mulch delivered to my address?”
“Make me a link to book it.”
Four things, and all four only look things up.
Looks for rentals and delivered materials near a town, an address or a postal code, within 50 km unless you say otherwise. It gives up to 10 results, each with the yard, its town, how far away it is and its price.
Says whether something can be booked for your days. When it can't, it says why: already booked, out for service, the yard is closed, or shorter than the yard's minimum rental.
Works out the total the way the yard's own page charges it: the yard's rates, delivery by road distance and truckload, and tax. It also says any refundable damage deposit held on a card.
Makes a link that opens the yard's booking page with your order filled in. The link lasts 7 days.
Straight answers
Nothing is booked until you send the order yourself on the yard's own page.
It never charges a card, holds a deposit or asks for payment details.
All four things it does are look-ups. It can't change a yard's prices, calendar or orders.
There is no sign in and nothing to set up with Haulbase.

Haulbase is new, and its yards are in a few areas of Canada so far. A search anywhere else finds nothing yet, and the answer says where the yards are.
Haulbase gets what your assistant sends to answer you: what you're looking for, the place and the dates.
To find a place or price a delivery, the place or the address goes to Mapbox, the map service Haulbase uses, to work out the distance. An address is used for that answer and not stored.
Haulbase's own record of a look-up is which of the four it was, which yard it was about and how many results came back. It never keeps what you typed.
