Questions yards ask about Haulbase

No. Every account gets its own web address, yourname.haulbase.ca, with your logo, colours and equipment, and it goes live when you publish. Google can find it, and it looks right when you share the link.

Yes. Link your booking page from any site. A button on each machine is the usual way, and we give you the button and walk you through it. On Growth, Hank, Haulbase's chat assistant, sits on your own site and answers visitors from your real fleet and rates, even at ten at night.

You connect your own Stripe account before your page goes live. Stripe asks for your business details and the bank account your money goes to. Customers pay by card and the money goes straight to your bank. Haulbase never holds it. Cash and paying at pickup still work too.

Customers fill in their details and type their full legal name as the signature before a booking is accepted. The signed copy is kept on file and emailed to you. Like any contract template, have a lawyer review your terms.

Nothing for 30 days, and no card. You get everything on Growth to try. After that Solo is $47 a month and Growth is $97, and neither has a platform fee. Stripe's card fee is separate, the same as anywhere you take a card. On Growth, a missed call gets a text back with your booking page. Unlimited is $297 a month, for more than one yard. For the months you're closed, Off season keeps your account for $17 a month, with your page up but taking no bookings. Change plans any time.
